Magnet: Attract or Repel?

 

Magnets has North pole and South pole.

North pole attracts South pole.

North pole repels North pole.

South pole repels South pole.

Magnet Attract Some Materials

 

Objects which are made of icon are attracted to magnets. They are called magnets objects, such as screw, scissor, nail and paper clip.

Handling Magnet

 

We should handle a magnet with care. We should not heat, knock or drop a magnet. The magnet will lose its magnetism and become weak.

When the bar magnets are not in use, they should be kept in pairs, North pole to South pole, with an iron keeper at each end.
