UNIT 1: ANIMALS (LION)

  • Animals have many external features.
  • External features are parts of the body that can be seen.
  • Different animals have different external features.

Lion’s body is covered with fur. But, I found there is a term which is similar with the meaning with “fur”. So, do you understand what is “Mane”? We always will confuse the external feature of a Lion. See the pictures of Lion below, which is Mane, which is Fur?

Ok, let me told you………………… The mane around the head of lion is called mane but not fur. The body of lion is covered with fur.
